Vietsun Dong Nai is a newly established, advanced manufacturing facility spanning over 20,000 m², scheduled to launch in September 2025. The factory is developed to support BOC’s strategy of expanding production capacity while modernizing operations through cutting-edge technology and optimized processes.

Built as a smart manufacturing hub under the strategic direction of Chairman Nhu Hong Thanh, the facility pioneers the adoption of overhead hanger systems and intelligent warehouse solutions within the Vietsun ecosystem. This foundation enables seamless production flow, data-driven management, and high operational efficiency.

Equipped with state-of-the-art automation, Vietsun Dong Nai enhances speed, precision, and scalability, delivering consistent, high-quality output. Established in 2022, Vietsun Ninh Thuan is one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities within the Vietsun system, specializing in heavy-duty outdoor and technical apparel. The factory is built to meet the demanding requirements of high-performance products for global markets.

With a strong focus on innovation, Vietsun Ninh Thuan features a dedicated technical development center, concentrating on high-tech product engineering and advanced garment construction. This allows the factory to handle complex designs and materials with precision and consistency.

The facility specializes in a wide range of technical products, including outdoor jackets, down jackets, hiking pants, and other performance-driven apparel. VSNT is particularly strong in seam sealing, waterproof construction, and bonded garment techniques ensuring superior protection, durability, and functionality in extreme conditions.

As the only factory within Vietsun certified for GORE-TEX 3-layer (3L) production, Vietsun Ninh Thuan demonstrates exceptional capability in producing premium waterproof garments that meet the highest international standards.

Vietsun Ninh Thuan II is planned as the second smart factory within the Vietsun manufacturing system, continuing the company’s strategic direction toward advanced, technology-driven production.

The facility will be equipped with overhead hanger systems and smart manufacturing solutions, enabling seamless production flow, improved efficiency, and consistent product quality.

Designed to specialize in outdoor and high-tech apparel, the factory will focus on product categories similar to Vietsun Ninh Thuan, including technical garments requiring precision and advanced construction.

With an emphasis on automation and performance, Vietsun Ninh Thuan II is expected to significantly enhance productivity while supporting flexible manufacturing and scalable operations.

The project is scheduled to begin construction in 2026, followed by equipment installation in 2027, and is expected to commence operations shortly thereafter.

Once operational, Vietsun Ninh Thuan II will play a key role in strengthening Vietsun’s manufacturing capacity, particularly in technical and outdoor product segments, while supporting long-term growth and collaboration with global partners.
